Where Is everyone?

by Steve Elerick on April 15, 2010

Where has everyone been, including myself? I haven’t heard from any of you in a while. It must be a busy time of the year. You know with lawn work, gardening, weeding, planting in the flower boxes. Ya right, you all have the kids doing it don’t you? Lol My kids are so busy with sports and school work they tell me to get it done myself. Not really, they are always helpful but so very active, they wear me out.

My 13 year old girl is a lightening fast base runner. She is so small that pitchers have a very difficult time finding her strike zone. She has the best on base percentage of anyone on her team, partly because she is walked 90% of the time. Her coach loves it as she is ruthlessly stealing bases in order to score runs. The funny part is when she leads off, her new move is to hide behind the infielders in order to not be seen by the other fielders. They tend to loose track of her and off she goes.

A lesson it has taught me.

Just because your lacking in one area, doesn’t mean you can’t find a way, or have a way to make up for it. When lacking a physical advantage, figure out how to use your mental creativity  in order to overcome it!

What can you do to allow your strengths to overcome your weaknesses?

I’m losing it! Now you can torture me…

by Andrew J. Gay March 8, 2010

Okay, so this is a little off topic, but not really. Let’s tie it in, in true Assimilation style! It has come to my attention, not really recently that as I am constantly trying to help people be better entrepreneurs I have neglected one of the most important things. And I just can’t have that! [...]
